Model MR3: The Winch Loaded Mat Rack^TM

Mat Racks and Movers Suspending three mat sections in a triangular configuration minimizes the size of this mobile unit. It’s most often used to deliver your mats to the competition area, off load them, and then stand by for pickup and removal at the end of the event. With a loaded dimension of 5’ 6” wide, 6’ 5” high and 17’ 8” long, it move’s through a standard sized double door, and fits into most storage closets. The 5” diameter caster wheels operate effectively on any smooth, hard surface, and two to three people can roll it in any direction for any distance. Our winch is easily operated by one adult with minimum effort. The Winch Loaded Mat Rack has a shipping weight of 700 lbs., and can be assembled and ready for use in about 2 hours.

Model MR3-M: The Manual Loaded Mat Rack^TM

Designed for the budget conscious purchaser, this product gets your mats up off the floor where they’ll be safe and secure. It’s the lower portion of our Model MR3, and it requires four adults to load your mat sections. Two lower sections rest on the frame, and the third settles on top of and in between the lower two. It’s a very effective product for both transportation and storage. The upper frame of Model MR3 may be purchased as a future option should you ever wish to load your mats with the winch mechanism. The Manual Loaded Mat Rack has a shipping weight of 450 lbs., and can be assembled and ready for use in about 1 hour.

Model WR: The Wall Rack^TM

Effective use of storage space is the hallmark of the Wall Rack. It was introduced in 1989 to meet the need for a stationary rack that utilizes as little wall and floor space as possible. Because the three sections are stored in a vertical line, the lower mat section only protrudes approximately 4’ from the wall, which allows room for all your other physical education equipment. The winch and loading procedures are identical to our Model MR3. This unit permanently attaches at four points on the floor and four points on the wall, so you can be certain it will never move. Customized sized units are popular with this model. It’s perfectly complimented by our Model MM1, the Mat Mate, as that unit will deliver mat sections to and from the storage and competition areas, with no lifting. The Wall Rack has a shipping weight of 750 lbs, and can be assembled, installed and ready for use in about 4 hours.

Model MM1: The Mat Mate^TM

The Mat Mate was introduced along with the Mat Rack in 1985 because there were no high quality, single mat section transporters available. It continues to be the premier product for that purpose. Our exclusive Lifting Handle provides the necessary leverage to transfer your mat from the floor to the Mat Mate frame, and our Rubber Glides along the frame side make sure your floors can never be damaged. Six, heavy duty, smooth rolling caster wheels allow you to effortlessly move your mat sections anywhere you wish to take them, even through a standard sized single door. Our lightweight design means it’s simple to handle, and it perfectly compliments both Mat Rack’s and the Wall Rack. It has a shipping weight of 100 lbs., and can be assembled in less than 20 minutes.

Model RW - The Resi-Wheeler

Model RW - The Resi-Wheeler The Resi-Wheeler was designed to move mat sections over long distances and low lying obstacles. Many school districts use these to transport their mats from school to school. Once loaded, a mat section can be moved by one person.
